about SIGURD SKYUM

For the last 12 years I have only worked with SAP, recent 8 years as an SAP project manager / advisor. Strong SAP project management toolbox; SAP Activate Project Manager (SAP Certified Associate), SCRUM Master (Certified) as well as Prince2 (Certified). Recently the SAP CAR project was awarded SAP Quality Awards silver medal, for the Nordic region, in the ‘fast category’ for fast deliverables and strong risk management.

I am a ‘hands on’ SAP Project Manager driven by the aligning business processes, standard SAP processes and complex IT architecture so the result is successful projects.

Previous been running several large full-cycle SAP projects covering pre-study’s, vendor selections, SAP contract- and licensing, green field infra/Basis install, green field SAP implementation project execution and Service Design.
